The HERO4 Black is the most advanced GoPro camera ever created. Improved image quality and the new 2x more powerful Ambarella A9 processor with 2x faster fps of HERO4 Black propels Emmy Award®-winning GoPro into
a whole new level of performance. Thanks to its optimal resolution (4K in 30fps (frames per second) and 1080p 120 fps), the HERO4 Black will allow you to capture the best moments
of your life in an unequaled way.

The GoPro Hero4 Black Edition camera is twice as powerful as its big sister: the GoPro Hero3+ Black Edition.
The Black Edition is the high-end model of the GoPro Hero 4 cameras. It offers, in particular, the possibility of filming in 4k at 30 frames per second: an impossible resolution for such a compact camera as of September 2014.

You will find, on the GoPro Hero 4 Black Edition camera, 3 angles available in photo and video:
- Wide of 170° an extremely wide field of vision to best capture the filmed action, especially in extreme sports. This very wide angle "fish-eye" is the trademark of GoPro cameras.
- Normal of 127° gives a relatively wide angle while limiting deformations. It is the preferred angle for all activities such as drone photography and aeromodelling.
- Narrower 90° angle, allows for minimum deformation. To film with your GoPro Hero 4 Black Edition when the subject of your film is relatively far from your camera.

Suitable for all sports and activities, the GoPro Hero4 Black Edition will delight the most experienced users as well as beginners who are discovering the world of on-board camera shooting.
As with her older sisters, the waterproof 40 case makes the GoPro Hero4 THE reference in cameras for underwater diving.
It is also shockproof and will protect your GoPro camera for activities - there is a risk of shock, splashes of mud or water.

Lightweight and compact, the GoPro Hero4 Black Edition camera is a true concentration of technology.
The very numerous existing supports allow it to be hung almost anywhere, it is compatible with the mounting accessories of the GoPro Hero 3 of which it has the standard GoPro mounting adapter.

In order to trigger the film remotely, the GoPro Hero4 Black Edition camera may have an optional remote control.
This is waterproof against projection, and allows remote adjustment of your GoPro Hero4 camera.

The Wifi and Bluetooth functions are present as on the Hero 3+, allowing you to connect your camera to your smartphone or tablet thanks to an application available for iOS and Android
In addition to remote triggering and adjustment, you will be able to get live feedback of what you are filming!
You can then publish your films directly on social networks (facebook, youtube, etc.).

The GoPro Hero4 camera IS compatible with ALL accessories available for GoPro Hero3+.

IMPORTANT for GoPro users on DJI Phantom, Phantom 2, Walkera 350 QRX, Tali, Blade 350X drones:
In our activities, the GoPro Hero 4 remains compatible with the nacelles of your drones which carry a HERO 3+, the transition to 4K therefore does not result in any need for a new nacelle.
